Vital security questions

• Are there any independent assessments of any kind where an independent security assessor has verified whether you indeed provide the service in a way in which we might trust it?
• Do you voluntarily submit yourselves to an independent assessment where the assessor is required to follow an assessment process that itself is audited, like an SSAE 16 assessment?
• Do you provide any service level agreements that provides assurance of the kind of privacy and service one can expect?
• Since you are selling me privacy, do you offer a Privacy Impact Assessment of any kind?
• How do you handle reports of potential vulnerabilities, risk assessments, and security breaches? Do you provide any sort of attestation you will even let me know there are breaches?
• Do you follow any security conformance standards? For example, are you a member of the Cloud Security Alliance?
If you look on the business page, we dont see any of the things someone evaluating these solutions for a business person who needs a high-trust solution would be looking for from your company.
